Return & Refund Policy
Digital Products
All digital products—including PDFs, downloads, coloring pages, and AI-assisted files—are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Physical Products
Our physical items (including T-shirts, mugs, and printed goods) are made to order and personalized for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept physical returns and do not provide a return address.
If you would like a replacement item, you will need to place a new order and will be responsible for the cost of the new item and shipping.
However, we do offer limited refunds and replacements under the conditions below.
Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll send a replacement order on your behalf at no additional cost.

Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to the sender, please place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and contact us. We will report the issue and arrange a refund for the product price of the new order. You will only be responsible for paying shipping costs again.

Orders may be returned to sender for the following reasons:
1. Wrong Address
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the carrier will return the shipment and may dispose of it. You’ll need to place a new order with the corrected address, and you will be responsible for the cost.
2. Rejected by Recipient
If the recipient rejects the package upon delivery, the shipment will be returned or disposed of. Any reorders will be at your expense.
3. Unclaimed Packages
If the carrier cannot complete delivery and the shipment is not picked up from the post office or pick-up point, it may be returned. You may place a new order and we will refund the product price after reporting the issue (shipping costs still apply).
